How Voice Actors and Actresses Receive Credit

Voice actors (referred to as VAs from here on) receive credit in every video they participate in- rather their role is small or large. The whole point of starting this series was to get exposure to new VAs who were still building their portfolio.

Credit comes in three forms: Your chosen VA name listed at the beginning and end of the video, links to your VA profile and social media/channel in the video description, and personal promotional videos hosted on the channel.

Depending on the video, a 'blooper' reel or improv section is held at the end of the video for each actor. While your short skit is playing, your VA name/picture is displayed as it runs, so you get a little extra 'me' time while simultaneously making a lot of people laugh.

What Kind of Promotional Videos Do I get?

You will get at least two promotional videos dedicated to just you. The first is an "Introducing Cast Member" video that gets the audience familiar with you. This consists of an audition written for you with improv at the end, and a "strengths/humorous weaknesses/likes/hates". It must be fairly entertaining and well acted. These are given after you have contributed to 4 videos or proven yourself to be prompt/reliable/dedicated to sticking with the series. If there is anything remarkable to add- you have a channel, band, specialty, ect, it will also be included. All of your social media and VA profiles will be in the description, and you get a clickable annotation.

The second promotional video you will get is a Actor Spotlight Video. If you've been with the series for a while, you will help make a video that includes an interview with you, samples of your past projects, demo reel, your interests and goals for your future VA career, some footage of you voice acting or regular acting, and samples of other things you do. (Band things, personal projects, art, whatever else you want to include.) There will be information on contacting you for hire.

If any potential fame comes of this series for any of us, there will be no hard feelings when you move on to the professional world, but you should still act for us once in a while as thanks for the help!
